Virtual
Two in-person or online sessions to discuss:
- birth preferences
- ways to be comfortable during labour
- how your partner can be involved
- what to expect, including interventions and procedures
- infant feeding
- postpartum healing
Available by phone and email
Available 24/7 at 38 weeks
On-call phone/text/video support during labour and postpartum to provide information, suggestions, encouragement.
One postpartum follow up to discuss how the birth went, how you are coping, and provide additional resources.
Fee: $800
In-Person
