All you need to know

Topics covered include what is happening during pregnancy, how your body is changing and how to cope; how to know you’re going in to labour; what is happening during labour and how to manage pain; postpartum healing, and the early days of parenting and baby care.

Small Groups

Group classes are limited to 6 people and their support person. This allows space for folks to participate as they feel comfortable.

Online or In-person Options

We alternate the option available so you can find a class that fits into your schedule. Please contact us if you have a preference and we can let you know when there is another course starting.

Fee: $120 for 6 weeks.

Learn at your own pace

We bring the learning to you and your support person in private, either on-line or in your home.

If you have taken other prenatal classes, or if this is not your first baby, we can adjust the topics and tailor to your needs and what you want to learn.

For Community Organizations

We are available to provide trauma-informed and inclusive childbirth education for your clients, or staff who work with pregnant people.
